Edgar Mitchell, D.Sc., is the founder of the Institute of Noetic Sciences and a former Apollo astronaut. His many credentials and degrees include four honorary doctorates and a PhD in Aeronautics and Astronautics from MIT. Dr. Mitchell is a luminescent lecturer, and has authored several books, including Psychic Exploration: A Challenge for Science and The Way of the Explorer.
