Azim N. Khamisa is the founder, chairman, and CEO of the Tariq Khamisa Foundation (TKF) and founder and national director of the Constant and Never Ending Improvement (CANEI) program. He is the author of From Murder to Forgiveness: A Father's Journey and has become a respected leader and speaker on the themes of nonviolence, forgiveness, and peace.

Jean F. Meeks is an organizational strategist, founder of Positive Eye Consulting, and is on the faculty in the Management Department at the University of Oregon's Lundquist College of Business. She holds a master of accountancy degree from Southern Utah University, and will receive her PhD in Organization Systems at Saybrook Graduate School and Research Center in the fall of 2008.
