Rising Starr Kids Club for youth 4 to 12 years old

The JW Marriott offers guests aged 4 to 12 the Rising Starr Kids Club, a full-service daily children's recreation program. Days are fun-filled with games and arts and crafts that allow them to interact with each other and commemorate the Tucson experience including local wildlife, weather, and history specific to Tucson and the surrounding region. PLEASE NOTE: The Rising Starr Kids Club requires that all participants be fully toilet trained and that a parent or guardian be reachable during his/her child's participation.

IONS Pathfinders Youth Conference 2009

For participants from 13 to 18

The Pathfinders program offers facilitated group work, art expression, dream-sharing, and presentations by some of our main conference presenters. The program parallels the main conference and will include participation in plenary sessions. This year's program focuses on worldview literacy, educational lessons currently being created and studied by the IONS research department. The program is for young people interested in self-discovery, clarity of life purpose, and creative exploration. Saturday lunch included. The program is facilitated by Luisah Teish and directed by Cathy Coleman. Program details will be available for viewing at the IONS website by March 1, 2009. Fees: by Feb 25—$105; by May 22—$125; after May 22—$150.

All students under 18 must be accompanied to the conference by a parent or guardian. Limited partial scholarships for the main conference may be available for the youth program and for students from 19 to 25. To obtain a scholarship application, please email conference@noetic.org.
